You can use this form to report:

- All sexually explicit messages, links or requests you have received online from someone older than you.

- If a nude or intimate photo/video of you is being spread online, or someone is threatening to spread it online.

- If you have experienced sexual harassment or sexual violence (eg. unconsensual touching or other sexual activity) online or offline.

You can also use this form to report your friend's experience or on their behalf.

Suspecting that an activity is illegal is enough to report it.

The contact and/or personal information of the report sender will not be disclosed to authorities (such as the police and child welfare), unless the authority specifically requests it or unless the information provided does not give rise to a statutory reporting obligation.
